“Show me where you live, I'll tell you who you are…”
we could say of Dean Di Simone, director of a design agency. This adopted New Yorker lives in the heart of Soho, in a loft with no fewer than seventeen windows!
Its interior reflects the spirit of his work: minimalist, rigorous, and original. Decidedly masculine, with brick, gray tones, and leather, the formerly industrial space now has a warm atmosphere. The lighting systems do much of the work, along with touches of color here and there from books, photographs, and other details. Vintage chairs add an extra layer of soul and history. The result leaves only one desire: to live there. Not you?
