In Sao Paulo, this 140 m2 apartment has been completely transformed.

Originally located in a building by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, the apartment contained three bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, and a laundry room. Architects Felipe Hess and Renata Pedrosa reworked the plan to create the contemporary loft shown here.
