From the outside, the townhouse looks similar to its neighbors and blends well with the traditional homes in the area.

The angled rooflines and floor-to-ceiling windows create an efficient interior with abundant natural light, a stronger sense of space, and plenty of privacy. The open living area on the second floor takes advantage of the sloping roof to create more room.
