Here is the exclusive Bacopari concrete house – an airy design by Una Arquitetos, completed in 2015 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The residence offers a high standard of living close to nature.

Bacopari – a concrete house

In contemporary architecture, glass, light, and a refined aesthetic often define the design. The concrete house reflects technical expertise and years of experience. Una Arquitetos developed a distinctive concept that blends harmoniously into the surroundings while leaving room for personal taste. The house was built on a 724.00 sqm plot, with a floor area of 504.00 square meters.

Concrete house with transparent surfaces

The architects designed a two-story building with floor-to-ceiling glass facades, using transparency to connect the landscaped exterior with the interior. The design extends a lifestyle in harmony with nature. Garden trees were planted at the beginning of construction; today, they are already eight feet tall.

An exclusive transparent living box

Bacopari House has a spacious living room and transparent garden-facing spaces. The architects avoided heavy concrete walls wherever possible, making the house feel open and communicative. The boundary between inside and outside becomes fluid. In the garden, the owner has a private place to relax body and mind. This concrete house has a discreet, unobtrusive presence.

Create living spaces with a maximum of transparency

The lounge has a double-height ceiling that creates a feeling of lightness. The dining room extends onto the terrace. A wooden staircase leads to the wine cellar in the basement. All rooms are oriented to the northeast and are fully insulated and air conditioned.
