Design

The computer mouse is called "Bat" and is still in the testing phase. Initial results are presented as positive for this multifunctional hi-tech mouse. The project consists of two parts: a mouse pad that acts as a magnetic base and a mouse that hovers above it. The design is not only innovative; according to designer Vadim Kibardin, it is intended to help prevent and treat carpal tunnel syndrome by placing the hand in a more ergonomic position. Carpal tunnel syndrome involves compression of the median nerve, which affects hand movement and sensation. To help reduce strain and keep hand muscles active, the designer created this ergonomic mouse concept.

The computer mouse looks very futuristic at first glance, helped by its simple design and limited color range: black or white. The mouse can support up to 1000 grams. Depending on the weight placed on it, it can hover at a height of up to 40 mm. The mouse is made from special plastic and was planned for production in China and the Netherlands.
