One hour from Sao Paulo, single family home with pool has been designed and built for a young couple with children. Studio Arthur Casas Architects for the project were inspired by the exotic natural beauty in the region. They tried to open the house to the landscape.
House with swimming pool and a modern facade
The L-shaped design of the house visually divides the building in different areas – in units of volume, the children in their parents' room, living room and a home cinema and gym are located, while in the dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. The facade of the house is richly enameled. Large living room with adjoining patio sliding doors. The facade is painted in natural tones, so that only the house blends with the beautiful landscape. Wooden ceiling and floor are within a natural look and create a connection to the nearby forest. Pool has to cool off during the hot summer days.

Inside the new house with pool dominate natural colors and materials. leather furniture and comfortable benches form a seating area, where family and guests can relax. Wood, leather and fabric upholstery dominate the interior. Thin slabs of stone ceiling and add the general concept. It is a dream home in the heart of exotic Brazil.
