Pillet drew inspiration from the region's typical Provencal style and translated it with the creative clarity for which he is internationally recognized. The public spaces begin with a spacious foyer that leads to the Dom Pérignon bar and restaurant.

Dark gray sandstone, cement, tiles and aged, stained wood define the restaurant. The Pillet team balances glossy oversized vases, discreet lighting and futuristic seating, keeping the material palette consistent throughout the hotel.
