In 2013, the team at Keith M2K Architecture + Interior Design created the furniture and interior design for this two-level luxury apartment, which also has a rooftop terrace with a pool. Residents enjoy panoramic views of Table Mountain and Table Bay.

The private penthouse apartment extends over approximately 1,365 square meters and offers generous living spaces with a strong sense of luxury. The first floor includes a large living room, a dining area, and entertainment spaces. On the large roof terrace, residents can enjoy an infinity pool and a barbecue area.

The lower floor has four bedrooms with bathrooms, as well as a TV room, an office, and a children’s area. The interior design is characterized by a modern feel and a neutral color palette with dark accents.
Warm woods and neutral tones
Wood throughout the apartment creates a wonderful backdrop for the subtle patterns and textures found in the upholstery and decorative objects. The furniture was imported from Europe or purchased locally in South Africa.
