Make a solar table lamp yourself – materials

Materials and tools: scissors, a simple solar garden lamp, lamp holder, lamp shade and lamp base. The materials are easy to find and require no special knowledge.

Insert the bulb holder into the lamp socket and cut the cable below it. Then cut away the remaining part of the base sleeve.

Remove the metal part of the frame and tighten the connector back onto the lamp base.

Set the shade on the base. Make sure it is secure.

Dismantle the other solar garden lamp and place the upper part of the lamp into the socket, with the small solar panel above. If the shade is fragile, support it carefully.

Create a warm atmosphere in the garden.
