Take a look at Valna House, a modern house in Santa Fe, Mexico City. This beautiful residential project by Arquitectura JSA was completed in 2012. The team is proud of this seamless project, and we are pleased to share it with you. The house combines interior and exterior spaces through large windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Its spacious L-shaped, minimalist layout offers a comfortable and pleasant living environment. The upper-floor windows bring light and air inside, while the garden views and summer flowers can be enjoyed from the privacy of the living room.
Modern home in Mexico

This modern detached house was designed to make the best possible use of space and the total construction area. That was the client’s first requirement for the project. In response, the architects chose an L-shaped plan and connected the two gardens to maximize depth of field.

The kitchen has a magnificent view of the terrace and the plant wall. The entrance is also made of solid glass. The entire space gives a feeling of freedom and relaxation because it is surrounded by glass and nature. Lush vegetation in the garden becomes part of the design. Inside the house, generous use of wood enhances the natural feeling. The facade is clean and pure white. The color palette is based on the natural beauty of materials such as limestone, wood and concrete.
