Restaurant LAH!

In Madrid, LAH! Restaurant uses design to evoke Southeast Asia without falling into the clichés of a traditional Chinese or Japanese restaurant.

Designed by IlmioDesign, the restaurant mixes natural materials, theatrical lighting, colourful textiles, and decorative references to Southeast Asian craft. The atmosphere is warm, informal, and cosmopolitan, with enough detail to make the space feel memorable.

The furniture remains visually simple, combining international design pieces with elements created specifically by IlmioDesign, including seating inspired by traditional Thai cushions.
