Built in 2015 by Paz Gersh Architects, the private residence called "V" combines the character of a modern holiday home with preserved historic Mediterranean masonry. The property is located in one of the preserved historic areas of Tel Aviv, Israel, and includes a small but beautiful garden.
A fascinating private house
The design uses local building materials and urban references as its guide. The result is a lively mix of modern interiors and traditional elements, including wooden floors and stone walls integrated into the interior concept. The 350 m2 house has two residential floors with balconies planted with native species. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen and direct access to the garden and terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs.

The combination of traditional and modern Mediterranean architecture creates a distinctive living experience. Surrounded by greenery and the quiet character of the Mediterranean landscape, the backyard becomes a place to relax without worrying about the neighbors. High walls protect it from view. The outdoor pool reflects sunlight and offers a calm retreat from everyday city life. The small courtyard patio serves as an outdoor sitting and dining area, blurring the formal boundary between inside and outside.
