Built in 2015 by Paz Gersh Architects private house called "V" combines the features of a modern holiday home with Mediterranean-preserved historic masonry. The property is situated in the historic areas preserved Tel Aviv, Israel and has a small but beautiful garden.
Mansion made for fascinating
When we used the materials of construction and equipment of the city as a master. This has created a vibrant mix of modern interior with traditional features such as wooden floors and stone walls, which were integrated into the design of the interior. The total area is 350m2 and consists of two residential floors with balconies, planted with native plant species. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge and dining room with adjoining open kitchen and direct access to the garden and terrace. Upstairs is the bedroom and health care facilities.

The combination of traditional and modern Mediterranean architecture offers a unique life experience. Nestled in the greenery and quiet of the Mediterranean landscape in the area can chill-out in the backyard swing the soul, without worrying about the neighbors. High walls keep away from prying eyes. The outdoor pool reflects the light of the sun and provides a relaxing retreat from the stress of everyday city life. Before the small patio in the courtyard is used as an outdoor seating area and an outdoor dining area and makes the official boundary between interior and exterior spaces merge.
