This exclusive beach hotel suite at Manta Resort consists of three levels. Above the water, there is a living room with a dining area. The open living area is protected from the strong rays of the sun by a flat roof. A roof terrace with sun beds was built above it, creating a place to relax outdoors. The highlight, of course, is the bedroom, submerged four meters below the surface. The structure is built with thick acrylic glass panes and steel, so guests need not worry about safety. Through the generous glass walls, guests can observe local marine species. A specially constructed underwater lighting system has been installed; the light attracts fish, which often swim past. The room offers remarkable views of life at sea and may also prove useful for future research.
