27/07/2015 – Located in the countryside sciclitana from the restoration of an ancient Palace of the'800 is the house of Salina, the new luxury residence for holidays designed by Viviana Pitrolo and Francesco Puglisi.
The intervention adhered to the original layout of the building and is made of masonry of local stone, the exhibition, the high dry-stone walls, the road paved with slabs of limestone, the residence maintains the typical characteristics of rural buildings, cable-tv.
For embellishment, the villa has been restored with a large garden in the shade of carob trees and olive groves designed typical of the region, and a light beam within the housing, defined by a high fence made of dry-stone walls.
In order to make it a strong the candidate for the image of the house of Salina, a large swimming pool in the garden at the entry of the property.
The furniture has been specially designed and manufactured by local craftsmen, creating a good contrast with the rural character of the building.
