A modern corner building, the Split-Level House is located in Philadelphia, USA. Its creative facade immediately draws attention, while large windows and an open floor plan bring abundant sunlight inside. The project was completed in 2009 by Qb Design. The house combines gray brick, warm wood details, and generous glazing, making it modern yet comfortable. Inside, light floors and wall colors reflect daylight and make the rooms feel larger. A wooden stair links the different areas and leads through the house.

The lower level contains a compact kitchen and dining area, while the next level holds a large dining table, enough chairs for the family, and a seating area with a sofa and beanbag. Another living area and the master bedroom are upstairs, with views over the surroundings. Inside the house, the modern corner residence feels comfortable without becoming crowded. The designers kept the decor minimal and focused on the essentials: a practical, welcoming home for family life.
