The town of Tulum is located on the Riviera Maya, a stretch of Caribbean coastline in Mexico. Unlike many Riviera Maya resorts, Be Tulum sits close to the sea, in a setting shaped by the region’s landscape and ancient cultural heritage. The luxury hotel was designed by Argentine architect Sebastian Sas.

This luxury hotel offers comfort in an exotic atmosphere. Its interiors blend rustic character with a refined, relaxed mood, while the complex includes a restaurant and a cozy bar for guests. The material palette combines limestone, minimalist lines, Brazilian wood, and Bisazza mosaic tiles. The resort originally featured 20 suites in five buildings, designed for quiet relaxation. Ground-floor suites open to a private pool and terrace, while upper-level rooms include a hot tub and balcony. The two penthouses have large private terrace pools with views toward Sian Ka'an, the UNESCO World Heritage area often translated as "where the sky is born."

Argentine architect Sebastian Sas created a romantic retreat shaped by sea views, natural materials, and indoor-outdoor luxury. The spectacular courtyard pool with glass walls is one of the resort’s highlights. A wooden structure and decorative water features bring movement and freshness to the pool area. Inside, exotic textures and modern details work together in an imaginative way. The suites use wood-look finishes that reinforce the natural atmosphere. In front of the restaurant, the original water feature adds an eclectic accent, while the warm color palette helps the luxury resort Be Tulum blend surprisingly well with nature. Like many resorts on the Riviera Maya, it offers guests an atmospheric holiday experience.
