Narrow exterior stairs connect the two levels. On the lower level, a central corridor organizes the garage, office, library, sauna and children's playroom. Upstairs, the plan creates a deliberate contrast between the living area and the sleeping area, which opens toward the valley on the south side. A small basement courtyard brings natural light into the lower level, while the large window at the end of the corridor continues the rhythm of the roof openings and frames the landscape. A walkway made with reused concrete formwork leads to the terrace, which can be reached from all rooms. Horizontal solar screens protect the concrete house from excessive sun.
