The two-story building is protected from wind and rain by a massive concrete structure, while the south-facing glass facade opens to the beautiful scenery. The highlight is the large swimming pool, covered with bright mosaic tiles, which reflects in the facade and creates a fascinating play of light and shadow.

More than 600 square meters of living space are available to residents. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with comfortable leather sofas overlooking the garden and pool. The living area flows into a minimalist kitchen with a practical dining area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. A convenient freestanding bathtub offers a place to cool off and relax after a long day of work.
