Residential R35 offers a secure setting for family life in Mexico. The architectural firm Imativa Arquitectos developed a new concept for an urban luxury residence, balancing the owners' refined aesthetic expectations with the topographical features of the site.
Luxury residence offers privacy

The luxury residence, designed and built in 2015 in Hermosillo, the capital of the Mexican state of Sonora, stands out for its exceptional architectural and technical qualities. With this design, the architects translate the region's architectural traditions into a modern language.

The striking luxury residence is defined by the interplay of extended volumes, glass surfaces, and carefully placed screens. Wooden slats protect parts of the building and bring warmth and comfort. Overhanging roofs shade the balcony and rear terrace.
Elegant combination of concrete, stone, metal and wood

With 666 square meters of intelligently designed living space, the home is ideal for an extended family. Smart technology supports a more comfortable and efficient lifestyle. Wood lining on the interior walls creates a warm indoor climate, and the same material is used for floors and ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling glass creates a smooth transition between indoors and outdoors, offering beautiful garden views and bringing light into even the darkest corners of the house.
