This minimalist style sauna is located on the shores of Lake Ranco in Chile, and was designed by Studio Arquitectos. The spa complex consists of a wooden hut with functioning sauna and an expansive wooden deck where lucky visitors can relax and enjoy panoramic lake views.
The minimalist design of Arquitectos’ panoramic sauna
The concept of this wooden sauna’s design was simplicity and naturalness. The cottages have a simple geometric structure and were built to blend into the surrounding area. The individual rooms are connected by small bridges made up of stone slabs. For the exterior structures mainly oak was mainly used as it is particularly durable.

The design of Arquitectos’ panoramic sauna was designed to be practical and functional. In the interior design mainly Alamo wood was used. Large windows provide beautiful views of the lake. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful design of the buildings bring additional feelings of harmony and relaxation to the vistors.
