This beautiful design of the house was designed by architect Martín Dulanto 2015 in Lima, Peru. The villa is built on two floors. Particularly impressive was the huge terrace on the roof, where a small pool, even an open lounge and dining room are located.

House Design by Martín Dulanto impressed not only with modern architecture, but with a practical and functional room. The ground floor features a surprising amount of space. On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, three bedrooms with multiple beds that have their own bathroom, a spacious living room with kitchenette and dining area, and a covered terrace with sofa.

The design of the modern room in Lima impressed not only with modern interiors. The huge terrace on the roof was designed as a separate living room, where you can spend many relaxing hours. The roof terrace has been set up as a multi-functional space with a mini pool, a paved seating area, a barbecue area and a dining area. A wooden gazebo like structure covering the roof terrace.
