We present CONNECT, a modular partition by Spanish design duo Jorge Montes Frías and Irene Prieto Zurdo of Estudio JI. The room divider is ultra-thin, flexible, modular and smart. CONNECT looks pure and simple from the outside, but it is extremely creative and flexible in design and can be used in a surprising number of living and working areas. Come and see for yourself.
Modular room divider system by Estudio JI
A partition system should be a substantially versatile modular piece. To this end, the folding CONNECT system offers exceptional flexibility and versatility. It can be used as a room divider, coat rack, towel rack, closet or shelf for toys, appliances and cookware. CONNECT can also be equipped as an office or a small table. For this purpose, the system is supplied with the necessary accessories.
Several modules can be arranged freely
The multifunctional furniture piece can be adjusted according to wishes and needs, creating freely arranged bands from short vertical wooden modules.
A look at the details: the CONNECT partition has dimensions of 190 x 90 x 7 cm. It is handmade from birch wood and Formica laminate in different variations. Shelving can be mounted on both sides. Jorge Montes Frías and Irene Prieto Zurdo are based in Madrid.
