The 675.59 m2 apartment gives the word "modern" a warmer life through a mix of loft character, minimalism, and relaxed Art Deco.

The exclusive penthouse apartment is a private retreat above the busy metropolis. Oxana Yuryeva’s team created an elegant, highly individualized environment with luxurious finishes. Marble surfaces bring minimalist polish, while artworks and decorative details add a restrained note of extravagance. Decorative plaster, textile wall coverings, and custom wood panels complete the interior walls and ceilings.

The two-storey loft-style penthouse covers 675.59 m2. Its program includes an entrance hall, storage and dressing areas, children’s rooms with their own dressing rooms and bathrooms, a bedroom suite, an open living-dining-kitchen area, laundry and technical rooms, a bedroom-office, a sauna, and several terraces. In designing the penthouse the team combined current interior trends with bespoke solutions for the family’s lifestyle. The bathrooms feature Porcelanosa porcelain stoneware, marble slabs, and fittings by Effegibi, Antonio Lupi, and Gama Decor. The kitchen is by Eggersmann, while furniture selections include B&B Italia, Donghia, Longhi, Flou, Promemoria, MODA, and custom pieces. Lighting by Oluce, Barovier & Toso, Artemide, Delta Light, Facon, Boyd, Vibia, Carlesso, and other brands adds another layer of refinement.
