Modern furniture design in bright colors
Richard Hutten designed a collection of comfortable seating for the Dutch company Artifort. The furniture design is characterized by clean lines and bright color combinations. As the designer himself said, the furniture is simple and therefore timeless, but at the same time very elegant. Its form and colors give an interior a modern feel. The collection includes an armchair and a loveseat. They can be upholstered in contrasting colors, while the basic models are also available in monochrome. Pink and light blue, grass green, and red – the colors refresh minimalist interiors on their own. The furniture is very suitable for Scandinavian-style settings and eclectic interiors. The furniture was showcased at the Milan Furniture Fair.
Furniture design combines tradition and modernity
Artifort, the Dutch company, was established more than 120 years ago in Maastricht. The family business specialized in the production of upholstered furniture. The company has become a popular brand in the Netherlands and is considered one of the best manufacturers of designer furniture in Northern Europe. The designer Richard Hutten graduated in industrial design from Eindhoven. Today, he runs his own design company, which develops concepts for interior furniture manufacturers from around the world.
