A-cero Presents the Modular Home and the 'Casa en Sotogrande'

13/04/2010 – A-cero recently presented two of its latest projects of single-family homes. A house in Sotogrande, a resort town on the Spanish coast, near Gibraltar, and a modular house for experimental Madrid. The vivienda in Sotogrande is the protagonist in the color white, which gives it clarity and brightness in the room and creates an environment of relaxation, in harmony with the intentions of recreational owners. On the basis of these assumptions, A-cero has a catchment area of around 90 square meters and spacious recreational facilities designed for parties, meetings and events. The house, of which the structure has a volume of about 400 square meters, distributed on two floors. In the lower floor the rooms are as "public", all with views of the outdoor area: living room with two rooms, dining room, kitchen, service area and a toilet. On the first floor, the areas of the "private" room, the owners, kids and guests. Furniture designed by A-cero, includes mainly pieces of modern white lacquer and materials in bright colors, and beige and earth tones. There is a predominantly light wood, interrupted only from time to time with elements of the furniture made of dark wood to break the monotony of color. The owners have given a personal touch in the residence with the inclusion of several objects, which provide spots of color in contrast with the color uniformity of the hou. A summer house, comfortable and functional, in harmony with the owner and with the colors of the local architecture. The pilot project of modular house proposal from Madrid by A-cero has, has already attracted the interest of more than 2 000 Spaniards for the quality, design, short delivery times and reduced costs. The modular homes are delivered in three months, the cost will start from 69.000 € and have the same quality and design as all the other works from the workshop-cero. Interested parties can also be expanded to suit your needs and your taste, because A-cero, produced three models on the basis of concrete cases, two-and three-bedroom apartments (85 and 107 square meters), available according to your needs. You can also choose between various "extras" such as furniture, pool, garden, terrace, veranda, garage and also for the version with double-height living room. All this is possible thanks to the fact that the housing modules built in the factory, which significantly reduces the cost of production. The parts are made according to a system of production, which can save you money and keep control of the materials and the quality is much higher in comparison to conventional buildings. With this project, to dispel the intention of A-cero, the design and construction of quality in the perspective of modern architecture is not only the privilege of an economic elite.
