01/06/2016 – Piano35 was presented in Turin last Wednesday in Italy. It was developed and hosted by Intesa Sanpaolo in the high-rise building in the capital of Piedmont. The Bank group wants to achieve in the area of recovery and the recognition. From the tower of white steel and glass designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop – in the field of architecture: it is a sign of the innovation and the openness of the city in the wake of a tradition of excellence. A kitchen in the cross-section with the help of the unique experience will be almost the same height as the Mole Antonelliana in a building that is completely transparent, surrounded by a bioserra exotic wood and of the Mediterranean sea, with a 360-degree views of the city of Turin and the Alpine chain.
Interpreted from the kitchen project, developed by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, the chief Ivan Milani, came to the master Adalberto Robbio and a staff of 34 people. In addition to the gourmet restaurant Piano35, the "foodies" of Intesa Sanpaolo in the high house offers a stylish bar-living room of 37° pianoee café-snack bar on the ground floor in the southern part of the tour.
The restaurant opens its doors to the public on 28 June and the bar-lounge on 15.

During the press conference the presentation finally lifted the veil on the restaurant logo: a stylized form reminiscent of the button of the reservation of the Elevator with two covered in the center, designed by Studio Migliore + Servetto architects. A simple name, Piano35, paired with a logo, is linear and contains the most important elements of the restaurant: the location, the beautiful views and the excellent cuisine.
The President of Intesa Sanpaolo, Gian Maria Gros-Pietro, said: “We are happy to be able to think about food, in terms of beauty, culture and wisdom. The beauty, as you have to eat first with the eyes, and we thought, a restaurant and a bar where people can enjoy themselves in a place you can admire the beauty of Turin and from the top you have a breathtaking panorama on the Alps, from monviso to monte rosa".
