Loft apartments and attic residences have become a new benchmark for luxury urban living. These spaces allow you to be in the middle of a busy city while still enjoying a calm, relaxing home life. Generous use of glass opens the interior to a landscaped roof terrace.
The individual rooms are organized along a clear conceptual line and coordinated as part of the overall design.
The project is purposeful and precise. Its design values are clear: calm, privacy and a refined sense of quality shape the space. The interior feels exclusive and elegant without losing its restful atmosphere.
Large slabs of natural stone and wood are used to echo natural textures, surfaces and tones. Brightness and generous proportions create an uplifting, tranquil mood.
As light shifts across floors, walls and ceilings, the eye moves through the rooms and discovers new depth in the space. Large windows bring in abundant daylight and frame views that change with the seasons.
On request, rooms can be fitted with LED lighting, with options to adjust both intensity and color.
Technical equipment based on EIB allows a central touchscreen to control the systems, including music playback in areas such as the sauna and background zones.
