Because the architects were working with a tight plot, they had to adjust both size and layout carefully. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the house to the view, while high side walls provide privacy and frame a 360-degree view of the sky. The concrete wall allows the residents to enjoy the sea view while preventing neighbors from looking in.

The house opens fully to the east and has breathtaking views. Sea breezes help cool the interior throughout the year, while doors, shutters and ventilation elements help regulate the temperature.

The interior uses a subtle but strong palette of earthy tones and materials, including concrete, metal and weathered wood. These surfaces contrast with refined interior details. Elegant simplicity suits the design of the house: the main focus is the ocean view, while the north concrete wall, strong south facade and high roof with blinds shape the architecture.
