The design objective of the 46 North Avenue project by Rolf Ockert was to create additional living space for a young couple with children. The family’s original home was small, with only 100 square meters of living space. This new two-storey home with a flat roof is an eclectic addition to the old house and provides maximum comfort.

The interior colors contrast with the sober exterior, while the expressive decor reflects individuality and style. Thanks to generous glazing, the rooms are filled with light.
