Torreaguera Atresados is a striking contemporary concrete house in Murcia, Spain, designed by Xpiral Architecture and built in 2008. With a total area of 346.66 square meters, it offers comfortable modern living and reflects the studio’s experimental approach to architectural volume.
A Modern Concrete House With A Brick-Like Facade

The house is special partly because of its hillside location. It is built from concrete, with large glass surfaces and small round ceramic wall tiles that create a texture and color close to a brick facade.

The house has three levels, including the ground floor, an upper floor, a terrace hovering above the ground, a small courtyard garden, and a spacious interior. Traditional and modern elements are combined inside, where wooden floors and stone-look wall and floor coverings bring warmth, elegance, and a sense of greater space.
